This website, flores.co.in, is operated by S.N Skincare under the brand Florés (“Florés”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity on your account. We send a security alert when your account is accessed from a new device. Tell us immediately if you notice anything unusual.
Products & use
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Slight differences in colour, texture or scent are natural for botanical formulations. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Always read the label, patch-test before first use, and stop use if irritation occurs.
Prices & payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our authorised payment partners (Razorpay, Cashfree or PhonePe). We never see or store your full card details. We may change prices or availability at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid, if a product is unavailable, there is an evident pricing or listing error, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. A GST tax invoice is issued for every order.
Offers, coupons & members pricing
Coupons and promotions are subject to their stated terms and validity. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise. We may withdraw or modify offers at any time and may cancel orders that misuse them.
Subscriptions
By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment partner to charge your chosen payment method automatically at each billing cycle until you pause or cancel. You can manage your subscription anytime from My Account. Changes take effect from the next billing date.
Reviews & content you share
Reviews must be honest, lawful and about your own experience. We moderate reviews before publishing and may decline or remove content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated. By submitting a review, you allow us to display it on our website and marketing channels.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Florés name and logo, product names, text, photography, illustrations and design, belongs to Florés or its licensors. It may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Florés is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for reactions arising from use contrary to label directions. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered office.
