We ship Florés orders across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket and its network of reputed courier companies.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Prepaid orders are confirmed once payment succeeds; Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed when placed.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your pin code. Remote and hard-to-reach locations may take longer. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control may occasionally occur, and we will keep you informed.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
- Below ₹999, a flat shipping charge applies. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Serviceability & Cash on Delivery
Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm that we deliver to your address and whether Cash on Delivery is available there. If a pin code is not serviceable, we will let you know before the order is placed.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel ships, we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page or under My Account → Orders. If you opted in, you will also receive delivery updates on WhatsApp.
Delivery attempts
Couriers usually make up to three delivery attempts. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and someone is available to receive the parcel. Orders returned to us after failed attempts or a refused COD delivery may be cancelled. For prepaid orders, we refund the product value, less any shipping charges incurred.
Damaged or tampered parcels
If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please record a short unboxing video or take photos, and raise a return request within 7 days of delivery as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
