We want you to love your Florés ritual. If something is not right with your order, here is how we will help.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse a delivery, please see the Refused or undelivered orders section below.
We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a pricing or listing error occurred, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. In such cases you will receive a full refund.
Returns
As our products are personal-care items, for hygiene reasons we accept returns only when an item:
- arrives damaged or leaking,
- is defective, or
- is different from what you ordered (wrong product or shade).
Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to request a return
- Sign in and go to My Account → Orders.
- Open the delivered order and choose Request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Select the item(s), describe the issue, and keep photos or an unboxing video ready, as our team may ask for them.
We review every request within 2 business days and email you when it is approved. We will then arrange a reverse pickup where available, or share instructions to send the item back. If you checked out as a guest, contact us with your order number instead.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
- Cash on Delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer or UPI to details you share with us, within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Every refund is confirmed by email with a credit note for your records.
Refused or undelivered orders
If a Cash on Delivery order is refused, or any order is returned to us because it could not be delivered, the order is cancelled. For prepaid orders, the product value is refunded, less any shipping charges incurred.
Subscriptions
You can pause or cancel a subscription anytime from My Account. Cancelling stops future billing. Refills already billed and dispatched follow the return rules above.
